Thanks for putting this together Drew and thanks for showing in the video. Is POD saturated? I think it saturated with simple designs that everyone can make... but it's not saturated with really good unique content. That is the key. Create designs that no one else would that people will want to buy.

I'm here because my grandma groomed me to be an artist, from the time I was a toddler she had paint brushes in my hand. But tremors runs in both sides of my family, and I got it so bad I gave up art when I was like 19, I was tired of my shaky hands betraying me and ruining everything I tried to do. (it's worse if you concentrate) I have always believed digital art would be too hard for me too, because photoshop melts my brain. But Kittl changed everything. I love all of you, thank you so much for what you are doing. I don't even have time for my usual video game obsession right now, it's all about designs and my husband is even getting into it because you make it so easy. Thank you.

Kittl going above and beyond. I have been with you guys a while now. The second I tried Kittl I joined up. I have been with Adobe since they started and have been a beta tester for them and use and tried many other software and apps. I immediately saw the benefits and ease of use. I am excited for the new tools that are coming... But it's also videos like this that tell the truth. The gurus can do great harm in all the information they put out about how easy everything is. I have been selling on Amazon since 2009...the gurus made it sound so easy...it wasn't. Their money is made by affiliates classes products and monetizing their channels. I don't begrudge them their living and I appreciate what I learn But they have to stop telling people to copy best sellers and saying pod is passive..like you said it isn't. It requires work talent and education. Thank you for this video and the integrity to make it! I appreciate everything Kittl is about

Great video man! When i hear "It's just over-saturated" in reference to POD, all i hear is, "I'm afraid of competition and don't want to put in the work". In all actuality there are sooo many research tools out there now so it's almost impossible not to find a winning niche or aesthetic, and there's AI for endless ideas, and design tools like Kittl give you such a head start from a design perspective that it's literally never been easier to start a POD business.

Thank you for the video. I think I can put together unique and quirky/funny designs if I put my mind to it - I already have some ideas. But what about the other aspects of POD? Of course the next step would be to open a shop/web-page and put them up, but how to truly nail marketing and all that other stuff? There's so many contradicting views on this whole POD thing that it's hard to truly understand if it's worth it, but I would really like to know and gain some insight.

Is it naive to think that when your designs are truly good, they will sell? You make it sound like it's near-impossible to do. Then again, I wouldn't know, because I'm at the very early stages and just trying to figure out if it could work.

I haved loved Kittl up to when you changed the artboards yesterday. Maybe I will get used to it, but it has set my production time back, things dont work like they did, and I really dont like that..
@Kittldesign6 ай бұрын
Hey there, we're not entirely sure why that would be the case, as you don't have to use the feature if you do not want to, and the logic works the same as with your previous projects, except now you can create, duplicate, or iterate multiple designs within the same project, however, you do not have to use it this way if you do not want to. We will work on more videos that make this clear.
@markcurranjr73666 ай бұрын
I'm not sure what you mean. The entire workspace changed. The Art board disappears ( I found out where to turn it back on since). When you bring transparency down on the artboard to zero, the artboard also disappears and returns at 1%. Downloading doesn't retain the dimensions like before, I have to reset it every time.just all extra steps that weren't needed. So, no it's not like it was before. I'm sure I will.get used to it and I'll have to watch a tutorial, it was simple before, I liked it better. But that's just me, I guess many others are thrilled. I'm part cat, I don't like it when my environment is moved around and rearranged.

It takes a lot of time and effort to get your designs seen without any paid ads. And, it’s really disturbing and demotivating when your shop is banned due to a design you uploaded a year or so ago even you have sold that design many times. I mean, sometimes, its experience that make things worthy and when your experience is not good, things surely go sideways.
@Kittldesign6 ай бұрын
We definitely recommend checking out some of our collaborators videos on POD that truly want to figure out the best first steps to ensure things like banning don't happen. It is absolutely frustrating, and sometimes unavoidable, but there are also alternatives to places like Etsy that might provide a better experience.

Quick question awesome Wilson brothers: Can Kittl also be used for a wall mural design? Like for a coffee shop wall interior.

@@Kittldesign Thank you for the response! I am thinking of printing the design via a local large format printer service that does vinyl sticker wall murals. It's for a friend of mine who's about to open his coffee shop in his neighborhood.

To bad you leave out the minimum amount of $5000- you need for ads, I understand that it is a uncomfortable conversation as you are pushing your product, but facts remains that if you want to do marketing well you will need a big budget, traffic is extremely expensive right now...
@Kittldesign2 ай бұрын
We're not entirely sure where that number came from, but there are many ways to generate traffic without utilizing ads. And even when ads start, a number that high is not necessarily, however it all aligns with your goals and what you want to achieve!

Hi! Question? I have some designs that I made using ADOBE Illustration. Can I incorporate my design using Kittl?
@Kittldesign6 ай бұрын
You can incpororate Kittl into whatever workflow works best for you! However please note that if you ware uploading elements or assets from another program that you made to Kittl and publishing it as a live template, then everyone has the same creative license to use those uploaded elements. So if you do not wish for them to be used by the community, it is best not to publish designs with uploaded assets.

If a person use AI for suggested design or my own, is there a way to verify image, font, etc to prevent copyright problems?
@Kittldesign5 ай бұрын
In terms of print on demand, this is going to largely depend on where you are selling, as in which marketplace or website. If it's a personal shop, like Shopify, then there should generally not be an issue if it was created by you. However there are a couple of sites you can check out to upload an image and see if there's something already close to it.
