Hello, I know many of you guys have preferences as to which Dae is "better" but please be kind to Minyeong Choi. I have seen so many comments about how he is not good looking or how terrible the "new Dae" is. PLEASE BE KIND WITH YOUR COMMENTS!!! At the end of the day, it wasn't his decision that they changed the actor. He is just doing his job as an actor. I think Kitty not learning any Korean in preparation to go to KISS is so out of character. In the whole series they show her as passionate and meticulous...she made a whole slide presentation and took the time to apply for a scholarship, it would have made more sense for her to learn the language also. It could have been a funny moment between her and her dad, saying aren't you worried about the language barrier? And she answers in perfect Korean, Dae's been teaching me for 3 years...

im sorry but its an obvious yes. like i know some people directly watched “xo kitty” , without watching “to all the boys i loved before”, i mean you can understand it without watching the three other movies, but you’d miss out a LOT of references that you would have gotten if you had watched the movies, ‘cause here the MC isn’t kitty, its her big sister lara jean, but you still see kitty often in every movies, ‘cause that’s her little sister and she is very important in the first movie, even though lara jean is herself, and kitty is herself, they share the same dad, the same mom, so kitty’s mom past is lara’s and their big sister margot’s past. “to all the boys i loved before” was based on books, meanwhile xo kitty wasn’t, the actress was just a fan’s favorite and was loved so much, that jenny han created something for anna. so i would suggest to you that you watch the three movies, and start by order by the first one who came out in 2018 then the one in 2020, then the last one in 2021.
