They canceled my trip and made me wait for 3 months for refund only to inform me now that it’s not gonna be monetary refund that its gonna be voucher but I’m not longer in the same location of that booking itinerary. I will take legal action soon

try to email them on the kiwi . com helpdesk, keep asking for the refund. They sent me partial refund (Only about 30% of the full refund) but at least something... Just kept messaging them

I received an email for a refund for a flight to Paris that got cancelled from COVID back in March 2020. They are asking for my bank information to transfer the refund. Is this trust worthy? I’m still surprised they gave me an option as a refund rather than credit.

yea it did piss me off, but I mean I have lost 3000$ for that I was much more angry, because with kiwi I lost only about 600$ kinda like you, but 3000$ is much more, and I forgot what company was that, I Think that was eDreams, which they are also terrible and do not refund money, I got my visa rejected, when I Was already at the airport literally an hour before my flight, and so I couldn't cancel it, and I didn't get any refund all lost.

I am from Philippines supposedly flying from zamboanga city to caticlan for a vacation. but, suddenly i just received an email from them, saying that my flight was cancelled and yet when i personally checked with the airlines.. I was also flying from the Philippines to Europe... But I am afraid I don't have any information about the lawsuit.. I am not a lawyer or anything, I was hoping someone else would try to make a lawsuit against kiwi and we would all of us who have been ripped off join in it, and so forth.

@@atoq8297 Yes. KZbin took it down. You need to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority ADR Unit. Download the forms and FedEx it back to them. You can find all the info you need online, like the company registration number, address, phone number, email ect. Once they receive it, they will open a dispute case. It has 90 days to resolve it.

@@atoq8297 Also, they give the scammers 2 weeks to respond to their request. They didn't respond to my case, so they will try again. I took screenshots of every correspondence, and I included it both on the forms and emails to prove my case. Be sure to stay diplomatic. If you add emotions, then you will not appear trustworthy.
