I’ll never forget what the soldiers of WW1 and WW2 went through. I am truly grateful that thanks to them, my generation doesn’t have to fight, and can live in a free world. Rest In Peace.

This was the first Armistice day after my dad died. He was a WW2 pilot in the Pacific. Your rendition of this song Will Martin, made me weep for my dad and all those men who fought in that theatre of war and were virtually forgotten. Thank you

Hello Pam, I'm from Croatia, I'm 50 years old, I know I'm writing this 3 years later...I'm glad there were people like your wonderful father. Please know that somewhere on the other side of the world from a small Croatia there are people who live in their thoughts with you and your dad. Eternal glory and thanks to them. Your unknown friend...🫶✌️

Outstanding performance, a masterpiece of music written by a master musician Michael Kamen, who passed too soon. Very fitting for those that have fallen and served in the name of freedom.

What a powerful message this song brings to a generation that should not take their history for granted... So much was given for what we have today and this song sung with such emotion had me in tears in front of my family before 2 minutes was up... Fitting rendition 👍🏻

Sadly the message is lost in all the complaints and claims of trauma from snowflakes needing their safe spaces because someone assume another persons gender.

One day we will “learn war no more” Isaiah 2:4, have the “exquisite delight in the abundance of peace” Psalms 37:9-11, and have “peace until the moon is no more” Psalms 72:7 because God will “bring an end to war” Psalms 46:8,9 and the “meek shall inherit the Earth” Matthew 5:5 FOREVER! Ecclesiastes 1:4, Psalms 37:29

Will Martin absolutely smashes this version of this beautiful song! Sadly it is not available on Apple Music…yet! Annie Lenox did the film version and it is beautiful. But I am in love with this version! Will is an exceptional young performer and I long to hear more from him.
