Just saw these guys for probably the 20th time in Gettysburg PA. Seen 100s of concerts. These guys are the most consistent band I've ever seen,and in my personal top 10.Steve is 63 and sounds better then ever. Take note Axle and Vince. Rock royalty...

To Echo the sentiment and plethora of similar comments. Most under - appreciated band. They are better than most other late 1980s in every dimension, Song writing, musicianship, lyrics, stage presence. No light show needed. They are the most intense band ever.

Back in the early 1980's, when I was just starting Junior High, KIX was never on my radar and was never really a Band that I could take seriously. Van Halen, Motley Crue, KISS, RUSH, RATT, Dokken, Ozzy, Cinderella, was grabbing my attention for obvious reasons, because of the Musicianship and the way the Songs made me feel. However, a few years later, KIX came out with Midnite Dynamite and Blow My Fuse, which catapulted KIX to a higher level of International success. Hard to believe it was the same Band that I didn't pay too much attention too a few years before. Since then, KIX is / was that kind of Band that stayed true to themselves and rarely changed (If any), with Music scene, that has changed over the years. To this day, I have never seen KIX perform live, but a fan of the Music. Great Musicians and I really hope to catch them live one of these days.

I remember seeing them back in the 80's and they looked and sounded exactly like this, probably the only single solitary frontman from the 80's that still looks and sounds exactly like he did over 30 years ago, pretty incredible he must be in his 60's looking like his 30's.

Always a great show and both Steve and the entire band are a tight an quality act. Everything is spot on and Steve as a frontman is hilarious! Brian never gets the credit he deserves either as a outstanding guitar player in the Keith Richards vein.

Once upon a time two bands joined together for a night of rockin in the little town of Mechanicsville, Md. at a hotspot at the time called The Club Sunrise, that was my band Southbound in the late 70s I believe it was and had a absolute blast that night! I have never said that we opened for you guys, instead I like to say that you all closed for us!!! LoL! From one Marylander to another, KEEP ON ROCKIN BROTHERS!!!

Great show, wish I could have been there - maybe next year? Kix was the last band I saw before the original March 2020 pandemic lock-down, on March 14th. It was a great show, and the first time I saw them, but when I emerged from the venue the police and fire crews had closed off the entire block that the venue was in the center of, a food truck had exploded, and a car was rolled onto its side!

They should knock it on the head without Donny Purnell!!I saw them in 1986 with Cinderella at LAMOURS in Brooklyn when they lowered the screen on Cinderella right in the middle of the set when they went overtime in the set. They just put out their first album Night Songs on Polygram and where priority at the time.Kix headlined and kicked their asses back to Philadelphia!

So many of these bands sound out of sync. As a drummer I can pick up who's missing cues, speeding up etc, for example, L.A. Guns sounded like they got together a few days before the show. KIX sound great!!! Tight, drummer is in the pocket every time, guitars are in tune and nailing their parts and vocals are strong and adjusting where necessary. Also they must have their own sound guy cause compared to the other bands they sound good just as a mix!!! Seen Kix as a 16 year old and while my tastes changed drastically as I got older , this was impressive.

Kix was around first, actually Bret Michaels ripped them off to make poison….Bret Michaels went on record saying he went to kix shows and modeled his persona on Steve Their first introduction to rock and roll was the band shoes that became kix and was a local bar band…
