My son lived in West Hollywood a few years back and he’d take his dogs to a dog park that lots of celebrities frequented. He met Angelina Jolie, who was there with several of her kids. She was there letting them sell homemade dog treats so they could have some sort of normal childhood experience. Of course he bought some for his dogs and he said she was incredibly nice and her kids were very polite. I just wanted to share that because of all the negative press about stars, it’s nice to share something positive.

That's so cool! I had the pleasure of serving both Kate Winslet and Shailene Woodley and they were exceptionally kind. I told Kate Winslet at the very end 'By the way, I'm a huge fan' and she smiled the biggest smile, grabbed my hand and said 'Thank you darling!'.

@@samsong24 It sounds like Kate is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. It was my oldest son who met Angelina but my youngest son works as a PA on movie, music video and commercial sets. He has met so many huge celebrities and although he has never said a negative thing about any of them, it’s the biggest stars that have been so very kind to him. He sends me selfies with tons of them but I don’t share those because he doesn’t ever share those with anyone but me. He respects their privacy, so in extension, so do I.

You do realise that he is the leader of a cult Scientology that was originally set up by a man who did black magic satanic rituals to his children and wife and studied it deeply. They have been accused of physical abuse, slave labour and forced abortions among many other crimes. Elvis presleys grandson actually killed himself partly because of Scientology. They believe a great alien Xenu who blew up alien souls and that’s we are we suffer because we have their thetan spirits attached to us. Only the special ones like Tom Cruise are clear of them.

Tom Cruise is an enigma. I don't think I like him - overall. But you can't help but respect his acting and stunt work ability, and he's a fascinating person. You can appreciate the good without denying the bad. People are complicated. You're a fantastic storyteller. Normally I feel guilty engaging with celeb/tabloid content, but you're so authentic and you are..kinda deep! It lands entirely differently.

I loved this video. It shows that journalists really do have the POTENTIAL to actually do a job and not simply become a mic stand or a PR campaign. Thinking of ONE question that can show a new side or a thoughtful answer is amazing. A positive encounter that is fun for the celebrity, interesting for viewers AND advances the agenda of the event, the publication, the celebrity AND the interviewers career is a tall order. Yeah I've seen a lot of his interviews/interactions with reporters and he always seems like a very kind man. He is very intense and he definitely calls interviewers out when they cross a line, but I always agree with him when he does. I love that he sends coconut cakes to colleagues every Christmas and Kirsten Dunst said he went out of his way to set up a Christmas tree with presents for her when they were filming Interview with the Vampire.

You're a breath of fresh air, Kjersti- keep up the good work! A long time ago, my dad also worked as a journalist and sadly didn't get a great first impression of Tom Cruise (I believe this was during the time when he and Nicole K. split up so he probably wasn't 100% there mentally.) However, it's great to see a better side to him! I've always loved his acting since Risky Business and The Outsiders. I don't agree with his religious decisions but I do respect the acting work he does! If the opportunity ever presented itself the one question I would ask 'For the famous dancing scene in Risky Business, if it was made today, what recent song would you pick to dance to?' :D I also never really watched any Al Pacino movies until earlier this year, my first one was Devil's Advocate and it didn't disappoint! It's nice to see him be so real and showing how he feels!

these videos are so interesting in so many levels... to me the most fascinating part is following the story of a freelance journalist from Norway working in Hollywood. It is not that I am not interested in celebrities, after all here I am, but after listening to all these experiences I do not see much difference between famous people and regular people. I meet A LOT of rude people, and some nice ones in my everyday middle/low class life... so yeah it is what it is. I do love the message that the author of the videos uses as a unifying concept, that being nice to people, respectful and professional... is not difficult and will bring you success in life.

I love Tom. He’s not just an incredible actor but he’s a genuine person and seems to treat people well. Despite his “moments” and whatever he does with Scientology, whatever…don’t care. It doesn’t change what he brings to the big screen and I genuinely think he’s prob one of the nicest STARS out there. I’m talking superstar. He’s the last of this brand of Hollywood superstar. Yet you wouldn’t know it just by personality alone. BTW, I enjoy you more because you are from Norway and bring that Scandinavian culture to us . Being an American-born third generation person of Scandinavian descent (My dad was 100% Norwegian and my Mom 100% Swedish) I found the word janteloven fascinating. It explains so much about my parents, who excelled at many things but were exceptionally modest and humble. They both found bragging extremely distasteful. I had no idea it was a cultural trait. My grandparents emigrated from Oslo in the early 1900s. Our son spent some time there in 2010 and found their apartment building at 26 Sagene and took photos. My Dad was thrilled. My son absolutely loved the Norwegian culture, and had the look of a Viking so fit right in. I just found your channel and am happy to find another Norsky.

@@Flaawsometalk Thanks for responding! I found your channel because of the BL fiasco. I love your interview style and subscribed. I’ve been on it most of the day, very enjoyable. To all those over- sensitive ones online who say “you’re not Norwegian” unless you were born there, I say “UFF DA” !!! When my son visited Norway he found a town with our family last name. I’ve never found anyone with the name here in the US that wasn’t a relative. In Norway it was everywhere, even on the side of a truck. We should embrace anything that unites instead of divides.

I love that nurses comment. I'm a medical biller and get screamed at, I'm still expected to be nice. This is why they need to be nice. I'm sure they make A LOT more money than me. BE NICE! They are not better than any one of us even though some think they are.
