Buying Msia properties are very very interesting. I love invest in Msia properties..😊😊😊 (Alot of indepth studies if u want to buy). DYDD. Love the bad stigma views that ppl hate to invest Msia properties.😊😊 If you know what u r buying.. then good..if not, GG.

I think in Malaysia as an investor you have to take into account capital expenditures(capex) and opportunity cost. Maintaining property, whether landed or condo comes with a lot of ongoing costs. From repairs, to insurance and taxes; to the devaluation of the ringgit, you might not actually be making money on your Malaysia property even if your property has appreciated say 50% in MYR terms.

KL condo properties really no attraction and no demand and are largely driven by the few powerful individuals and consortiums.

20years ago, 1 SGD = MYR 2.2. Today it is 3.57 MYR. Lost in depreciation, forex and rent...

Not worth buying property in Malaysia. I would recommend you to rent cos Malaysia is always not safe 😮

You can research on this area call Desa park city. It is apparently doing well in terms of appreciation of properties.

Those Singaporeans owned units a decade ago,,not only 30% value dropped..also currencies rate worst hit plus bank interest rates,,triple tsunami

Bruh, 700 to 460 is 34% drop, nowhere nia 50%

I use 700/460: 52%. depend how u interpret it if using 700 or 460 as the base. Anyway. Thank for your clarification.

Super blurr analysis lah. KL people buy Mont Kiara, Bangsar, TTDI, Desa Park City...blah blah. Take last one, Desa Party City has seen 150% appreciation. Poorly researched. And I'm not even Malaysian.
