Shortcut! If you’re lazy to walk and not chasing the time, you can just take lrt kl sentral to lrt pasar seni then transfer to mrt pasar seni and travel to mrt muzim negara. Total time estimated: 10 mins.

Need to pay toll from KL sentral to Muzium Negara. It should be design like KLCC station where it connected to Avenue K without passing the gate. Same like Ampang Park station too

There is a non-fare method to go from KL Sentral to Muzium Negara, without the need to pay RM0.80: From KL Sentral: 1. Follow the sign-boards towards the MRT Muzium Negara Station , 2. Look out for a fork. Take the right branch, following the sign-board that says ‘Menara CIMB|Q Sentral’ , 3. The left branch would take you down the escalator to the MRT Station where you will have to pay the RM0.80, 4. You will come to a T-Junction. The left will take you to the CIMB carpark. Take the right (this is a sharp turn) towards Q Sentral Building. 5. Go down the escalator , 6. Take the lift to ‘LG2’. When you go out of the building, you will see Muzium Negara on the opposite side of Damansara Road. 7. Go into the MRT Station and take two escalators down to cross this road. 8.Take the lift/escalator/stairs to Muzium Negara.

John Ishii it should be around 4-6minutes (according to the MRT team & depending on your walking style). But I have tried it several time and its not that far actually.
