Hello sir , if possible please try to educate your assistance how to talk to the patient....agr hmne call Kiya hai to hmari baat to sun...he is not listening properly I called and just asking for on call appointment. Initially he didn't listen me then on my second try he disconnected my call on third call he picked when I asked why he is behaving like this and not even listen me he said we are very busy. I understand you guys are busy but this is not the way to deal with patients....on third call also I didn't provided complete information just said pay 500 and share SS and then I'll get appointment and disconnect but didn't listen my question on which no. To pay and can he share any official no. Or portal to pay so that I too confirm it's authenticity.......being a professional please let him learn dome professionalism
