I love your vlogs and appreciate the chats about mental health. A lot of people are going through rough times these days. My sister was in hospital at the start of the year due to her depression and anxiety. We are still working through it, she's in shock at how long she hasn't been feeling good. But we are all doing our best! Sending peace and love xx

I was terrified of learning to drive, but I’ve found that each lesson I do, I get this tiny boost of confidence. I know that if I can do that HUGE scary thing, I can do other scary things. You can 100% do this Klaud. Also - the theory test isn’t too bad as long as you memorise answers and practice the hazard perception! X

@@Klaudklaud ahh I’m so glad it helped! If you’re enjoying them then you’re on the right track! Confidence is key (I still nearly cry when people honk at me, but they can take their negative vibes elsewhere)

Guys, what kind of experience did you make by drinking matcha tea? Did it provoke anxiety? Greetings from Germany
@amandahoopla2 жыл бұрын
You'll definitely need a bigger bowl and a bit more warm water for whisking the matcha. You'll wanna be able to whisk back & forth pretty vigorously but without touching the whisk to the bottom/edges of the bowl too much so you don't damage the whisk and you should be able to build up a fine foam layer on the top of the matcha. Then just combine the shot to your milk! I watched a lot of technique videos when I first started making matcha and it helped a lot.

Oh my god Klaud! 💕 I can relate so much to your fear about driving. I had a really hard time trusting the car and myself to be able to drive safely. Looking back I was overthinking the process of driving way too much, rather than trusting my brain and body to remember the right moves and reactions while driving. As always overthinking is hindering the learning process and to start building a grounded routine which you can build your knowledge on. You can definitely do it and in a couple of Years time you will look back and laugh about being so nervous.🙈🤗 love your openness and positive energy! Sending you all the love and positive vibes!❤️❤️❤️
