Klay Thompson has a style that can work after rehab. He's not awkward whenever he's putting the ball up. His contact and cuts he's able to control and Concentrate on basically the blocking sled type contact without having to adjust back to his dripple. That catch and shoot is a pure motion. Anybody that undercuts him landing knows he won't make it out if the arena alive. But it will be interesting to see how his defense and rebounding change.

Exactly, if Klay was on a team like the CAVS with Sexton, the Grizzly with Ja Morant or even the Hawks with Trae young, he could easily be the first option and averaging 25-30ppg … Klay is a 2 ways player like Kawhi, Paul George or Tatum, these players just need a good playmaker to score. For me Klay was a Top 10 player, he is the 2nd best shooter of all time, very clutch and smart. I would take Klay over Kyrie anydays of the week, not only Klay is as good as a scorer, but he is also a great defender unlike Kyrie. It's great that Klay and Steph play together. In the 2019 Finals we saw how tough Steph's life was without Klay's spacing, and also in 2020-21, although Steph dominated, we saw that he missed Klay's spacing, especially against the best teams and in the play-in games, when his life got very tough indeed. From the other direction, it would be interesting to speculate on how Klay would do if he had to play a whole season without Steph attracting attention. Together they're absolutely lethal.

The guy has been playing under a microscope for such a long time,on a team that so many people hate,yet everybody always liked him. That tells you what kind of a character he is. Also,people say he's not a shot creator. He actually is. He just doesn't use ball handling to creat it. He does it with his off the ball movment. He createst for himself to score points,while also creating for his teammates by being such a good floor spacer with his shot. Plays defense,never complains,plays team basketball,a sure thing for 20 points on average,every game can explode for 50 points,but the most important thing,the moment is never to big for him. He can shoot it in the pre-season game or NBA finals.

Before, when I was just starting out in basketball, I was really into Curry. But as time went on, I unexpectedly started to admire the simple game of Klay, which is extremely effective on the court, especially his off-ball and catch-and-shoot skills. The result is that one day, I realized that I fully adapted his playing style. I learned that it's possible to contribute to the team without necessarily needing to compete for ball handling. Just play like Klay! Shout out to my wife she is the one who told me, to mold my my game to KT11 😊 🏀🌊👌

There are alot of question marks when it comes to Klay. A solid shooter and a solid defender with back to back injuries, 2 years out of high competitive action. Will take a while to shape up. I hope will be a Kevin durant kind of story and not a Rose one. Good thing he is a shooter , we will see.
