Who made this? This feels uninspired, but a few ideas were interesting. If only the execution was good... Building maze section could be spiced up and you can apparently skip some blocks. Waiting out for gray switch's timer to expire is dull. Why not use an exit pipe instead? Precise jumps in the ending are also trivial. At least music was great.

Nice bullet bill strat at 2:01 I was going to suggest a screen scroll strat to get the second thwomp to fall sooner, but the I noticed that the saw at 1:59 doesn't even make it on the skull block, so my strat would be even less reasonable than this one...
