Thanks Phill great videos!! Hey I would love a "back to the basics video" on Cat pump 310. (Not a rebuild video) but how to show hose circulatory system and showing where to add a regulator in the system.

Thanks for watching and suggesting a topic. We'll pass that on to Phil and see what we can do for a future video!

some of my bays have different consistencies in the product. some bays the high pressure soap comes out foamy and others its runny. would that be a solenoid problem?

If this is a gravity fed tank system the solenoid or Kip valve introduces the soap into the pump head so you could have a situation where one/some of the solenoids are not fully opening, but typically if you have soap at the gun then the solenoid is opening. In my experience solenoids typically fail open or closed not usually in the middle but is a possibility. I would first change out HP gun tips to see if that helps even out the look of the product in each bay to a more consistent display. A worn tip will change the look of application, as well as pressure at the gun. If this is an injection system I would first look at my metering tips for either blocked/clogged tips or maybe even the other way to a worn tip allowing to much soap to be introduced into the system. Hope this helps, if not maybe a little more detail on your system will help shine some light onto the root of your problems. What soap are you using? - Phil
