Just go to a stable. I'm not an expert on this, but he probably isn't considered dead in the games code, so a stable should be able to summon him back, although now that I think about it that might cause some problems, as it will try to delete the previous version of him, but if there is no previous version of him that might cause some problems such as an index error, but he might still be there, just unloaded. It's 50/50, but your best shot at getting him back is going to a stable.

the fact that Link may trespass The Border of Existence really speaks to his own divine purpose, or lack thereof. through our limited mortal understanding of the world and its nature, we arbitrarily categorize in a futile attempt to merely understand. we apply cause and effect, stipulations and rules, presented as though concrete and unmoving. where items may not fly, where horses may not tread, where Ganon's ineffable forces cannot see, Link travels. Link pervades. and even in spite of the years and years of millions of people guiding his hand in this desolate land, Link continues to surpass. Link is not an exception, he is a *force*. he is an entity that has an effect on the world around him incomprehensible by mere minds. the items sheathed to his back, the clothes clinging to his chest, the slate dangling off his hip, all may pass The Border simply by proximity to his doting grasp. Link is not one person. Link is a process, a balance, brought to this world to inhabit individuals across time and universes to oppose Ganon, to inspire adventure, and to surpass the very fabric of existence itself. really cool Nintendo thought of all that when they made this game.

Time and space, age and social status, legal, moral norms and other limitations turn our lives into a shift of situations [in which we are constantly stand]. To this day, Kleric still wakes up in the middle of the night, waked up by what sounds like Jero's neighs... he goes to the bathroom to wash his face and contemplates back to that moment... what if the sound was real? what if Jero is trying to come back but can't?! What if Jero is back and we are the ones who are gone? What if Jero never was? What if it was all in Klerics mind? just echoes of a long-lost friend, gone now by the cruel hand of destiny... Kleric goes by to sleep with nothing in his mind but a single wish, that somehow, someway, what he heard wasn't just in his imagination.

If anyone want the full existentialism speech in text, here it is: The border is an important feature of human existence that defines our existence as a situation, project and communication. The physical, social and mental boundaries of human existence outline our existence, makes it from abstract-contemplative to concrete and tangible. Time and space, age and social status, legal, moral norms and other limitations turn our lives into a shift of situations in which we are constantly stand. In existentialism, human existence is connected with those situations in which man has to make maximum intellectual, emotional and volitional efforts to orient himself. As these situations are created due to borders, our existence itself becomes a border phenomenon. It is especially manifested in borderline situations, which force a person to reconsider his ideas about his own existence, life and other people. The source for it is in the description, but the actual article's in Armenian so it's a bit of a pain to translate

I checked on reddit and it turns out you can recall a horse from any stable, provided it is registered. If the Horse Fairy couldn't revive your horse, then chances are that despawning the horse didn't count as killing it. Taking into account the fact that video game actors are only a single instance of certain scripts and memory being read, your horse probably still exists in an intangible form. I am guessing that if you went to the stable and recalled your horse, it would spawn another instance.
