@@tho464 Indeed, hundreds of thousands of American servicemen were stationed throughout Australia during WWII, especially Brisbane, location of Douglas MacArthur's headquarters, where there were about 80,000. It wasn't all good wishes and camaraderie though. Check out the Wikipedia article, _Battle of Brisbane,_ during which U.S. soldiers and Australians, both military and civilian, battled it out in the streets with many dead and injured. Not much word of this made its way back to the States, of course, but apparently many Australians shared their British cousins' disdain for the Yanks that the problem with them was, "they're overpaid, oversexed and over here."

Pure Acetone takes Glue off coins safely let it soak. Pour excess off and let the rest evaporate. Make sure you are in a well ventilated area and do not use plastic. Do not use nail polish remover it has additives that will damage the coin.

Phenomenal haul from that yard sale. My Uncle was an auctioneer and he would buy entire estates and have us go through everything. I remember flipping the books for cash. Great video!

Awesome, I went to a yard sale today but there was nothing of value for me , saw a nice roadrunner in the next garden with a huge lizard in its mouth , got some nice photos of that so I was happy , enjoyed the vid by the way 👍🌴😎

Hi Shane. As you know since July 2 (your coinflation page date) spot is WAY up. Even better ROI on that haul. Very nice score man. Incredible to find that "CC". Our CRH over the years has taken a very nice jump in value. I will be selling off 15% of my CHR silver to hedge my profit. Probably by end of next week. I believe this is a good point to do that. Just my strategy and opinion. Don't want to miss this opportunity... especially with all the work, travel and effort put into it. Looking forward to a nice payday.

The Sacajawea dollars have a 2000-p Cheerios variety worth a lot of money. look for fancier tail feathers on the reverse Eagle. I would Google it if you don't know what to look for.

Grats on the silver score, but you have a lot to learn about grading coins, the cc morgan looks possibly cast to me, certainly something strange going on with it. That aside, a worthwhile haul

Weight is correct, scratch test positive for silver and under the loupe all fields and devices look right. 1891 CC isn’t very rare so wouldn’t be a commonly counterfeited date, although my first reaction was suspicion I admit!

I'm not as into coins as you! I've allways collected them but am not familiar. I really only like American coins too. Any way when I was like 16 or 17 someone asked if i wanted to buy some coins. I offered them $75 and they said ok. My favorite coin was a gold Indian head coin that was like a $5 or $10 coin. I ended up selling my coins to a coin shop for like like $350 when I was 18 to pay my rent. I now realise today that coin was real gold and probably worth $350 to $450 today. I want to hopefully buy another some day! Either way i probably bought it for $50 and didn't realize it was real gold. Neither did the seller!

You have an Australian pre decimal type set there in that frame. Pre 1946 is 92.5% silver for the silver coins.

That Australian Penny is the right but wrong date, you need to keep your eye out for the 1930 penny, it’s worth big dollars. Also I think 1946 or 1947 Australian penny have big value also. Definitely a cool score

The Australian florin, shilling, six pence and 3 pence are all sterling, I collect coins and Australia just happens to be my favorite country to collect, the penny and half penny are pretty good too, not 1903 S dime, or Carson city Morgan good, but still, awesome find.

Hi Clesh there is an app for looking up coins called coinoscope, its especially useful when you don't know where the coin is from. All you have to do is scan it with your phone, then it will look it up for you. I've used it several times on some coins I have. It helped me find a roman coin that was given to me by a friend that gave it to me, the app gave me all the information about the coin. The coin was from about 333-335 AD and its the oldest one I have, its so hard to get USA coins in the UK your very lucky. As all the silver coins in the UK were removed a very long time ago so there is no chance of finding silver in our coins anymore.

Nice! I got a chilmark fine pewter Indian warrior statue at a thrift store for 12 dollars along time ago and at the time on ebay they wanted 400,00 dollars for it. when I looked the other day it had want down in value and it is 250,00 dolares now. The only other really good find was a pair of childrens overalls on the cheap sale rack. When I got them home there was 200.00 dollars in the back pocket.
