Richtig gutes Video zum Klettertraining das Impulse fürs eigene Training gibt! Danke fürs teilen! Passend dazu das Buch, was will man mehr! Da ich ein grosser Fan von Udini bin, kommt das auch in meine Sammlung. Seine Trainings und Technik Tipps, begleiten mich schon mein ganzes Kletterleben und sie sind sehr empfehlenswert! LG Tom

Leider ist es in fast allen Kletterhallen verboten, barfuß zu klettern. Die sind dann nichts für mich. Schön, dass es wohl noch Ausnahmen gibt!

Ist halt auch bisschen ekelhaft wenn man die schmierigen Fußschweißgriffe anfassen muss :/ Deswegen ja auch immer chalken, für die Hände gilt dasselbe
