Some nice updates - extra pocket, expandable back. Have a couple of the v1s and they have been great. Remains to see how this thinner (and lighter) material will hold up compared to the durable (ie. beefy) v1. Mine is missing the hanging strap though, has that been removed? If so why would you do that? That's a pretty big loss and step backwards. Can't imagine they were tearing apart, was it for $ savings? Not into having to hang with a coat hanger on the hookboard/ pegboard, doesn't make sense. Good work otherwise.

Will the front pocket with holster hold a Ruger .45 ACP? Or is it only for smaller pistols (e.g. 380, .22, etc.?)

will this be too heavy for mountain biking? Seems like a cool way to carry gear on longer rides , compared to a backpack or funnypack
