Concur that the “regular” fits better and wears better then the pro. This is an awesome mesh jacket, and extending the mesh up to the tops of the shoulders / neck is awesome for bikes with big windscreens. I wish it had 4 way stretch still, but that’s about my only gripe.

I have the original one. Its been used for daily commutes at least 1000 times and held up 100% except a zipper pull tab fell off and the reflective parts are not so bright now. Best jacket I ever purchased, and no need to replace it, which is good because somehow I prefer the original look over this one.

I have the 2020 model and unless things have changed I would not buy it without trying on if you are slim. This is made to fit for the chunkier gent.

Looks great and good specs including the back protector. Wish it had a liner and that the pocket was outside for quicker access tho. Also I’d need to check that zipper handle if it’s secure at speed. Nice.

I wear a large in Klim everything but I sized down to a medium on this for a more snug fit. The original induction in large was a great fit. Not sure why Klim changed up the sizing on this. I'd also like to know why they made the arms so baggy. I returned a pro version because the arms were so big. The arms felt like they were 2xl, even if the medium was snug on my body.

Im from Hong Kong and its freaking hot and stuffy here in summer. I already got a ICON Mesh AF jacket, and wanna get another summer riding jacket. I am choosing between Fly Racing Street Flux Air Jacket, Klim Induction Jacket and Knox Urbane Pro Mk2. Which one would you recommend when price is NOT taken into consideration? Thanks

Is this fine for cruisers, I do not really do any offroading (yet) but do pretty often go for long 100 mile day rides and really like the mesh/safety aspects of this jacket

Great video! Do you think that the improvements from the last version to this one is that significant? The older version is on sale and if the differences are not that great I would get it. Also, is it true to size? If I wear a M do I go up or stay at M. Thanks

I have one of these along with the original Induction. I like the looks of the Pro better. But I’d already upgraded the back armor to D3O CE2 so I just moved it to the new one. The arm straps are better and as they said, the material is better. What’s missing is the original had three chest pockets, the smaller two were good for wallets. Also, they left off the secret pocket at the back inside waist. The wrist straps are much better. The left wrist pocket is OK, supposedly has a secret pocket but it’s really just a flap divider. Some of these things were improved in the version before this one.

5’9 178lbs with a 43 inch chest. What the heck sizing do I go for? Large or medium?!!

Since it sounds like you have an athletic build, you may want to try the Medium. You are between both sizes so the MD's chest might be tight, but it will fit everywhere else.

I’d like to try one of these but I really wish it had zipped sleeve cuffs. Which is why I went with the Marrakesh.

@@abmercado21 I like it a lot. So much that I sold off my Latitude suit. Extremely comfortable. With layers it has worked out to be a 4 season jacket for me (have the pants too). Unless you live in a very hot/humid climate, I would highly recommend.

I've got a Klim Induction jacket from a few years ago (2018 I think). My biggest complaint was that it only had 5 pockets including that little ID card pocket on the wrist. Now the new ones only have 4? Mine has an internal Napoleon pocket on the right side and an external pocket on the left, like the Pro does now, I guess. Disappointing that they made it less functional as far as pockets go, but the mesh and armor do seem like great improvements.

I just bought a new BMW R1250RS and a nice mesh jacket. Then my friend calls me a week later and gives me a new Induction jacket with the blue accents someone gave him. Nice jacket, I really like it. Now I have a jacket for a passenger.
