I already bought my tickets to GRU end of the year and by then the KLM Boeing 777-300er will have a new seat configuration 1-2-1 with direct aisle access for every seat (herringbone seats). I can’t wait to see it!

Nice video! The KLM services in general are great! But looks like LATAM Executive seats are more private, just a comment!

They certainly are more private, but with that comes the fact they are a little more restrictive.

i haven't tried the KLM airline...it will be my next airline to fly from Athens to Melbourne through Hong Kong......i m a little tired with the middle east airlines

It's great to try different airlines, as they all have their own signature passenger experience elements, and KLM is certainly one to try

KLM has one of the best services onboard, specially the crew charisma, but 2-2-2 seat configuration is a little disappointing. I prefer to departure from GIG (787-9)

Hello there, great review, thank you! Do you think Row 1 in business class is worth picking for the extra space in the footwell or are other seats better? We also saw a review saying row 5 window seats have no window. 😔

Hi, row 1 is ok but it is also closer to the toilets and galleys, so it’s a trade off. And yes row 5 only has a window right at the front of your seat space if I remember correctly, so you don’t have a view when you are sat normally in your seat.

@@Jonnyclark1981 thanks very much. I'd already booked row 4 for outgoing and return flights but I always thought that little foot rest looked tiny and didn't realise row 1 had a slightly larger footrest, but yes it's perhaps a bit close to the galley there. 😊👍
