I love this game, but why can’t we get trowels? I have 500+ hammers and 350+ saws but I have 1 or 2 trowels. They are only available at the poster board thing and you never get more than 2 of them. This affects lots of things Please fix this!

Please, please give us more energy. The game requires a lot of it. If you clear two medium to large pieces, your energy is wiped out. I know part of it is a business strategy, but giving your fans a little more would be a good business move. I think you would attract more players.

Hi , can i suggest something as à fan of klondike games? My problem is with the events, you put like 5 trees, 1 is 45energy, we have only 60 energy per hour.... thats too long or too expensive. I cant play the game and do the events same time even with paying for some tools . Secondly, the event are toooo close from each other

I have spent so much money on this game that I am embarrassed to say how much. And honestly, at this point I should be given as much energy as my heart desires. I wish I wasn’t addicted to the game because I feel like it has robbed me of my money. Although I completely acknowledge that it was me that spent the money I do regret it. It’s a good game, but I’ve spent just so much money on it. I wish that the team would just give energy and gifts to the people that have supported them so very, very much.

I recently argued with them about not getting all my points (I paid for 2000 points and only got 1000) they argued with me for 3 days, and I'm like, why would I make this up? Hi. I do like the game. I was away for about a year but now I am back for about a year. I missed getting the Husky pet and as a dog lover, that made me very sad. Do you think we will get another chance at him? I would like to see the main station areas open, like other said, I have too much and I like to design my home station when I waiting on other things. I find, or found, the game very relaxing but lately it's so stressful with 3-4 events happening at once, not enough time to finish. It feels like this is done to make us spend money for energy which is supported by having 4-5 offers at a time. Though, all this is teaching me not to be so compulsive.

I really like the game but as many have stated the level of energy (60) is not even enough to harvest most trees or feel there is any progress made. It’s discouraging to the player in that you are not able to make progress. Make the energy more parallel/comparable to the plays is the game (at least 200 or 300). Or decrease the amount of energy each item cost and making them comparable to the 60 energy allotted. My other suggestion is to have lower prices on your extras. My guess is that if you lowered your price point, you would actually increase your profits as many more people would purchase the extras. It’s easy to spend $.99-$4.99 without much second thought or guilt (price of a drink or snack verses a meal or money towards a need). When you hit that 9.99 the cringe factor starts for most consumers. Hope you hear what the players are saying and make changes. Thank you

But there is a way to direct Larry's dynamite. There will be one character that he throws the dynamite near. If I want a certain area blown up then I send all of my characters there and he'll blow up somewhere around there. Also, before I start watching the videos, I drag and drop his balloon nearer to where I'm going to have him blow up things so I don't have to wait for the balloon to go across. But sometimes I want him to throw Dynamite at multiple spots so I put the balloon in a location where I will have time to move my players well the dynamites are going through the air.

First, thanks for the energy gift, and all the others we get through social media. Secondly, I used to love the game, but lately I'm not really enjoying it. The new graphics are childish and cartoonish, and they clash with the rest of the artwork. The old graphics were much better. In addition, all the new events need much more energy than before, and there are so many of them (most of them not announced on the events calendar), that it's really difficult to keep up. It feels really frustrating. Sorry for the negative comment, but that's just how I feel. Are the changes permanent or will we be able to get the old game back? Thank you.

Will there ever be an option to delete tasks in events? For example the current treasure hunt (I think that's what it is called, with daily tasks and 3 day tasks) the only thing left in my 3 day is cut out 20 foliage trees - the only place I have to complete it is the research center. I Love this game. One of the best I have played in a long time. Once you figure the game out, you can go a long way and spend hours playing, without spending a dime. The only issue I have is, I often have to hit "reload" dozens of times a day. ID#10023-QV16

Why when we advance in levels, things get harder??? I'd think that due to player experience, factories would work more efficiently. I get that the game makers need to be paid to keep a game going, but once the energy bar reached 60, leveling up really becomes a penalty to the player. There really are no benefits to gaining XP, and if i could avoid them, i would at all costs.

A good amount of people have watched this video, myself included, and none of us has received the "energy gift" we were promised on log in. That's why I watched this video, as I'm sure its why everyone else did too. Its disappointing to say the least. I used to enjoy this game, but the repeat click on items has gotten extreme. Its costing a fortune for energy and being on fixed income has made it dangerous for me to play. I had to switch to playing for free, consequently, I will no longer be able to enjoy the adventures. Not even sure I can to Trade Company any longer. Its becoming boring quickly having to stick to my homeland just so I can make 90 energy to cut out 3 bushes. Very discouraging.

Love the stories (most). Can't stand when when u do more than 1 adventure at a time. Also can't stand all the adventures that have u move furniture 4 or 5 times to get to a tile or a cart to get half way across the land. All we're doing is wasting energy. Also don't like when we have do all the times when we have spin the wheel an waste 400 or 500 or 600 coins about 5 times. Change those things an it would be great an make it so much better. Ty

I’ve been playing this game since it was first on the internet. I feel that you should offer more for less to long term gamers. How about stop prioritising events and go back to working on the main game? There are too many events going on now, especially when you have them overlap each other. It makes me take regular breaks form the game, as it's just become annoying. Also, I'm not sure about others, but I really don't like the new design of certain items / making things look more cartooney - way preferred it before.

It's ridiculous how energy they want and all the "ads" just to get a little more! I tried the subscription and that's a joke! If you pay for the subscription you should be able to get all the benefits without having to watch their "ads" and you DO NOT get the energy as fast as they make it seem from such ad that they use to get us to subscribe ! We need to be able to buy more chickens and chicken coops to get more eggs and and cows to get more milk cause you need so much of it to make other things to fill orders!! I know they need to get paid but this is ridiculous!

Pretty bad when you pay for energy and it takes your money but gives you nothing. Contact support (when you eventually find how to do it) and you get a bot that tells you they are ever so busy so it may take sometime to get back to you. A day later and still no reply or energy that I've paid for. Don't waste your time, this game is a rip off
