I used to ride with my grandma and grandpa on the way home from church on Sunday. After my grandma would give us “Livesavers” candy in the backseat of the 1967 impala(which I later found out was an SS), she would lick a napkin to wipe the sticky stuff off our face. I say “Our” because it was my brother and 2 cousins in the backseat. Anyway, I looked forward to driving by the Schwinn shop on the way home! That was my favorite part of the day, looking into the window, just trying to get a glimpse of what had changed in the window from the week before. I dreamt of them bikes!

That camo bike looks a lot like one pictured in the Klunkerz movie on amazon prime. Its about an hour in during the part about Tom Richie. Check it out. Yours could be a Ritchie frame.

Curious about the stem and bars on the camouflage bike you wasn’t interested in selling, What do you call that bar and stem on that one?

The bars were made by a friend of mine - The stem is something I pulled off a vintage MTN bike probably 10 years ago

What's your take on kickstands? Being I'm not huge into "cycling" I do have a bike though and am going to be dragging it around with me whenever I go anywhere long distance in the van, I was kinda surprised that the general consensus is kickstands suck for some reason. Nice looking klunkers

I use them on some bikes - They come in handy, It beats laying the bike down or rolling it over onto the seat and bars - We do that with the cruisers and bring a rag to protect the seat
