Hey from down under At sea level here running genuine Mikuni vm26 with yoshi pipe and airbox mods (7 24mm vents) bike runs a dream,no need for anything else 👍.

I have a stock KLX 140 and recently put a Pro Circuit T6 exhaust on it and the VM 26 Mikuni carb on it. The whole kit was from TBolt. I don't use the air box at all I cut the intake boot off at the air box and use a UNI POD FILTER UP-4182. I'M not in the mud or rain this is just a casual backyard cruiser. I went from a 22.5 pilot jet to a 17.5 pilot jet and stayed with the 190 main jet. It runs amazing . It may be a tad lean now and I may put a 20.5 pilot jet in and re adjust but for now this thing is running great!! The difference between the stock carb and the this setup is night and day better. My Son In Law races semi pro 450's and he rode it last weekend and said it was great. He also said the next local race bring it out and he will take on the trail and see what it does. Good to know!!!! We plan on doing more upgrades to the motor this winter. Thinking sx. Just don’t want to lose bottom end power

I just checked about the rocket exhaust and it says it’s available on faster minis for the 140

Those are oem plastics. Back when they made Monster energy edition bikes.

My klx140 runs good on half choke but then runs bad on no choke

Either needs that carb cleaned or rejetted
