I would like to suggest you talk about eating before training I always eat to much before training section. Should I stop eating and drinking water 2 hours before training ? I am a beginner

i think it depends on the person honestly, some people work out with empty stomachs some with full, imo it's better to not be full but you need a little bit of energy too, so just eat a banana 1 hour prior to your training. another thing that i found is more important than eating, is hydration. drinking water doesn't help that much and you will end up drinking a gallon and still feeling bad, plus because of that you might get the runs too. what you can do is basically make you own hydration drink. get some water, squeeze a little lemon juice and drop in a little salt and you are good to go, you can put some sugar in that too for faster effects if you don't care about calories. being hydrated is extremely important because if you are not, you are in a much bigger risk of getting concussed. just sip a bit of that homemade energy drink between rounds and exercises.
