Kansas City weather: Winter storm warning issued, freezing rain on the way Saturday

Accumulating freezing rain and sleet will be the first hazard of the winter storm to hit Kansas City. The ice is coming Saturday, then as the cold air moves in, heavier snow will develop on Sunday.
