The cat one is actually realistic, cats can survive their own terminal velocity. The only way a fall is dangerous to a cat is acutally if the fall is to short, so they can't turn to land on their feet.

Yes and no. Cats are at the very edge of survivability. If the cat is very overweight, has weak bones, etc. it can be seriously injured In a long fall but a normal, healthy cat can fall from nearly any height and walk away with a few minor injuries at most if they land right.

to be honest it's realistic to an extent which I love because cats will be fine if they fall from a certain height but then in Minecraft their cats are just like able to jump off the CN tower or something and still live and I love that because even my cats have fallen from the step closet to the top of our basement stairs when they fight with each other sometimes and they're yk basically fine no broken bones or pained meowing

You could also enchant the items (like thorns) to make them even heavier. Oh, and yes, you COULD make Notch Apples and put them in Shuler boxes too, I guess... Maybe even one in the offhand? Idk: I don't do Java. The best part about all of this? Elytra. Yep, you can put it on, and fly like the weight is nothing.

I am certain that _Minecraft_ beds work by simply running the commands of setting the time of day to morning, resetting the weather to clear, and setting the player's spawn point. As for them exploding in the Nether, the "Intentional Game Design" makes sense when one realizes that the player could trap themself by destroying the Nether Portal. If the player sets their spawn in the Nether as well, they will not be able to leave. That must be why Respawn Anchors have a limited amount of uses.

I’m glad the exploding beds in the nether exist. Because they are easy to craft and make a nice big explosion, it makes them perfect for mining. Specifically mining for netherite/ ancient debris. You just need a shield to block the explosion and a bucket for any lava

Minecraft eggs: Chicken Eggs: only exist in item form, can hatch baby chickens by smashing them onto the ground, chickens lay them as item entities cuz no block form exist. Turtle Eggs: Exist in block form, turtles place them as blocks after bred. Sniffer Eggs: Exist in block form, sniffers drop them as item entities after bred. Dragon Egg: Exists in block form, different shape than the other block-type eggs. Beacons are even more ridiculous than enchanting tables. You can break them with your fist. They are made from glass which requires silk touch, diamonds which require iron, obsidian which requires diamond, and a nether star which is immune to explosions. But you can break them with your fist and they drop.

For the beacon and enchanting tables being able to be broken with fist, I’m pretty sure I know the answer. The way I think it works, is if it’s able to be found naturally, you’ll need tools to break it. But, if it’s only able to be crafted, you can just break it with your fist. For example, you can find obsidian from water and lava merging, usually in ravines, and now ruined portals, so it takes a Diamond Pickaxe. But, since you craft beacons and enchanting tables, you can just break them with your fist. It would be pretty annoying to forget to switch your tool and destroy it when trying to move it, so Minecraft just doesn’t take the risk. Of course, I could be completely wrong, but that’s what I’ve noticed from playing.

Stonecutters work that way on purpose, they were made to be a "professional" more efficient tool for cutting stones and blocks, unlike the general-purpose crafting tables. You can see that with smokers too, they cook food faster, but they can only cook food.
