Hello mam I was registered in KNC in the year of 2012 and I renewed for 5 year I.e., untill 2020. Now it has expired. I want renew the same now. While registering in KNC which Registration Number I have to enter. Because I have two numbers. One is first I registered number another is second time renewed registered number. And one more doubt is while paying fee we have to choose the option from drop down list. Which one I have to take. Renewal Certificate or RR Registration or RR GNM or anything else. Please help in this regard.

In the Verification Certificate KSNC clearly mention KSNC Regn Certificate is to be renewed after 3 years from the date of registration, and thereafter to be renewed every 5 years. On the reverse of NMC Application Verification form they clearly tick the options, whether the registration is ACTIVE or INACTIVE.

Foreign Verification thru Video Call Now without visiting KSNC, the nurses working abroad can do Foreign Verification thru Video Call. You need a PC or Laptop with Webcam installed on it. Please install free conference software on your device (PC, Laptop, Mobile Phone or on Tab). Search Google www.freeconference.com and install the software free. KSNC will provide you the full links of the website from which you can download the software. Step 1 Create a User ID and Password on the KSNC website. Fill up online forms, go to Documents section, Choose Foreign Verification, and upload all documents asked there. Pay online Rs 2000 towards KSNC Fees and take print outs of all pages. Step 2 you can see the appointment page only after the successful payment of KSNC Fees. So remit KSNC VERIFICATION FEES Rs 2000 under head FOREIGN VERIFICATION first. Then the system will take you to the Appointment page, book your appointment. If it is possible to send your representative to KSNC with one set of required documents as listed below: One set of xerox of all documents uploaded online, such as KSNC Registration Certificate, Foreign Council Verification Application Form, Final Year Marks Card + Diploma/Degree Certificate + Course Completion Certificate, 10th Marks Card, Aadhar/Passport Copy. Write a simple Request-cum-Authorization Letter addressed to The Registrar, KSNC, Bangalore-9 and submit with the above documents. You can also mail it to [e-mail] In the letter, you have to state that you are a Registered Nurse with this Council vide KSNC (mention Regn Number & date). Presently you are working abroad hence you are unable to visit KSNC so applying for it thru Video Call. Tell them you are authorized Mr. XYX, your representative (relation), to submit the documents at KSNC and follow up. Tell them you need F.V.C for ..... (mention reason) and in favor of ..... (which Council and give their Full address, phone number, and Email). Request the Registrar to send the said Certificate directly to the Foreign Council whose address should be given below: Give the name and address of the party below clearly, with phone number and Email (if available). Conclude the request letter and put your name and sign, and keep this letter Step 3 Your representative will visit Foreign Verification Department and submit the documents. He will tell the staff in the chair, the Applicant has an appointment for a Video Call, and the Nurse abroad is ready for Video Call. At the same time, the Applicant also will try to connect KSNC Foreign Verification Department thru [phone] or [phone]. When your call is attended, the staff will give full instructions on how to connect your Device with KSNC PC. The staff will ask you a few questions, mostly from the appointment details, during that interaction they will click your photo also. When they say it is over, you can disconnect the PC. Step 4 KSNC staff will inform your representative that the Video Call is over and online verification is over, he can leave. If the Applicant wants, he/she can send an email to [e-mail] and attach all the above-said documents (soft copies). The main aim is to check whether the nurse is genuine and take your photo. Sometimes they will ask something. Sometimes not. After the photo session, the conversation normally ends. Important Information: (1) Video call is needed essentially to check the candidate is genuine, and also to click his/her photo and upload it on to your KSNC Online account. (2) If you are already having your KSNC Online account, and your photo is already uploaded, you can avoid the Vedo call option and directly EMAIL all the required documents to [e-mail] and request them to do the verification at the earliest.

Your new look KSNC Registration certificate will have both entries, GNM as Basic Qualification and PBBSc as Additional Qualification. And one more, your GNM KSNC Registration Number will be retained

If your registration is inactive then you take it from parent nursing council, and also from the state council where your registration is active.

Hello mam!!! I completed my B.Sc Nurse in Bellary Bangalore Karnataka.Registration was done in 2014. But yet not done my renewal process of Nursing certificates .Will it be a problem for my certificates further. since I am coming to know many vacancies eager to appear but is it my certificates valid???

hi madam..today only i came to know about your channel..i am so depressed at the moment.Hope you would reply to this.ive worked in karnataka and had registration as well.after that i did my Msc.when i went to the council and asked for the renewal of Bsc registration they told me to submit still working letter and got done only my msc reg.Now i am in kerala and i havent worked here due to my pregnancy and other related family issues.i want to do processing for UK soon and before that want to get this renewal of Bsc certificate done as ive worked only in karnataka.will they renew my certificate in the midst of processing or will they deny it asking me to submit still working certificate from Karnataka?pls reply.

This is for the information of Ann Oommen and others who have similar problems. Those done BSc Regn and studied MSc wanted to register their Additional Qualification at KSNC. While creating your KSNC Account, please give BSC Registration No. and Date, then fill up online forms, remit ksnc Fees Rs 1000 under title Additional Degree or Permanent Registration. Take Appointment and visit KSNC for registration. They will retain your BSC Registration Number for the new look Registration Certificate. Your basic qualification will be shown as BSC, and your MSc qualification will be shown as Additional qualification in the same certificate. Your BSc Registration is considered as automatically renewed, and no no need of a Separate Renewal. This is application to GNM-PBBSc as well as ANM-GNM qualifiers

This madam has no latest information to offer here. From June 14, KSNC staff themselves upload documents inside absolutely free. Outsiders can take appointment, fill up online forms, remit ksnc fees. And take out prints. Thats all.

That is removed. Now KSNC staff is doing inside. You take only appointment, fill up online forms, make payment to KSNC, take print out and one set of xerox and visit KSNC. They will do the rest.

Hai Ma'am,enik eppo kerala nursing registration undu.Previously I had karnataka nursing council registration.so,inorder to get kerla registration I submitted original karnataka nursing registration certificate to kerala nursing council.is there any way to get back the original karnataka nursing registration for my uk processing? Whether ,they will issue any duplicate copy ?

@@NURSINGMANTHRA For NMC UK processing, you can apply for Foreign Verification certificate at KSNC. You need to submit one xerox copy of KSNC Regn Certificate, SSLC, Final year marks card, Diploma/Degree certificate, Aadhar/Passport. Pay Rs 2000 KSNC Fees, take an appointment and visit them alongwith all print outs and one set of xerox. But remember, your present registration is active in Kerala, so NMC, UK will ask you to obtain a Verification from Kerala Nursing council also.
