I'm 11 weeks post acl reconstruction and meniscus repair. I noticed you guys mentioned BTB and hamstring, but I opted for a cadaver (kinda regret it now, especially since I'm active,I'm 35 for reference). Anyway, what are your thoughts regarding cadaver allografts and doing extensions on a machine? 90-40? Or leave it off the table for now

hey Mike i had acl and meniscus surgery on the 16th of may and im currently going to physical therapy sessions. my extension on my knee has gotten better but is still far from being straight and my bending is not much at all. is there something you can recommend i do at home to help the process? I was told i should've been walking 2 weeks ago

5 weeks after acl surgery and I still can’t get full knee extension, should I be worried or is this normal ?
