Your videos are really very good. May I ask how will break adhessions in the knee caused by accident, the knee is fixed and curved and cannot walked normally. It can't also be straigthened or remained curved when laying down on bed

@@PhysioClassroom thanks for replying sir... actually no pain is localised. right now my pocket doesn't allow me to come to see you... but once I get job I will definitely see you for physiotherapy exercises just to strengthen my body. I watch your lectures. I wanted your assurance if it was normal.... when I do flexion and press it.. then it slightly moves towards forward.
