Thank you very much for this video. Along with the strengthening exercises, can we do mild walking also daily? Hope that will not cause any further damage. Also, for Vitamin D, will exposing ourselves to the sunlight (morning 7am to 8am) be helpful?

Hi ! You may need to consult a orthopaedic surgeon for your complaints of pain on standing and walking. Will require a examination of your knee to find the cause for pain .

@@7scopeortho ok sir, broke my left side knee in an accident five years ago and I walked in after six months of treatment,There was no pain or problem for five years after that,and I started having pain last January and i meet a orthapdic surgen and he told to meet a physetheropist after i got 2 or 3 xray and physiotherapy doctor said my knee bond and fructure part now well and And said that the cause of your pain is the weakness of your knee muscle ...... thai is summary of my problem doctor

Hi ! Continue with strengthening exercises for 4-6weeks and then start cycling. Make sure the adjustments in your bicycle is perfect to avoid further injury.

Patella chondromalcia is not a serious condition . This can be completely resolved with good knee strengthening exercises.

I have grade 3-4 chondromalacia, a 10x5 mm cartilage defect in the central part of the patella. I play soccer, I'm thin and very athletic, but I can't play right now because my knee is very unstable with fast movements. When I walk, my knee gets stuck and I often break the joint afterwards. Many exercise I can do without pain and can run easily. but exercises on one leg very painful. The surgeon told me that I probably couldn't play football anymore, but I'm 27 and I can't accept it. Do you think I will ever be able to play football??
