Thanks a lot. I am so relieved after seeing this video because from past two weeks I am suffering with joint pain. Doctors just gave me medicine but didn’t not tell me clearly what is my problem now I understood what is my problem. I followed what ever u told me in this video. Now pain so much reduced. Exemplory speech. Quite understandable in English. Easy to follow steps of stretching and strengthening. I am 70 years. Male. I have really painful while climbing steps. Ist stage. Have to do exercise..

Excellent explanation Doctor. Had menescous tear few years back and continuing exercise. OA is also there. I am 67 years old. There is always painful swelling inspite of doing exercises. Just managing with cold or hot pack. How to get relief from the pain. I am over weight . Advised not to go for brisk walk. I want relief from the pain as it totally de motivates.

Kindly let me know what diet should we take to strengthen my knees. I have been diagnosed with 3rd grade knee arthritis. Given medication and was suggested Quadriceps strengthening exercises.
