My story similar like u. No pain same day of surgery send home and very slowly I came in my room 15 stairs. Then after 10days I try to go down stairs. But u looks very young I am older than u. I am in USA. I want to share one thing u said u do exercise only half an hour. But my physiotherapist recommended three times a day and three times icing after exercise.

I think she should have shared every minute details in the video... Like getting cramps and swelling.. And finding difficulties in folding leg while sleeping... Stiffness ko kaise improve kare.. I have done my surgery and I get inflammation feel and blood clots..
