I dont play alot of knee on belly but this will be an absolute game changer for me. The way you can pin them down or have them give up the back. Great techniques.

Aye! Haven't seen anyone else really use that! I've been calling it double knee ride or gargoyle. Great way to just hang out, put crushing pressure on my opponent, allow them to move and react taking their back and my time. So much fun to play with!

lol gargoyle. good name

@@rollinOnCode thanks, a mat-buddy came up with it a while back. Dudes defense was ridiculous. There's a standing $300 bet on tapping him last I heard. He's a purple belt. It's as of yet unclaimed.

@@rollinOnCode you're welcome to try. I didn't even tell you my favorite part about rolling with him. Anyways, Minnesota Martial Arts Academy, Brooklyn Center, MN. You'll know when you meet him.

Been doing and teaching this stuff for the past two years out of sheer necessity: completely wrecked wrists which forced me to pass while pinning with my ankles/shins and - as I call it - playing guard from the top. Will record some videos and put it on my other channel eventually

Not a pop he slapped his leg with his foot
@keeganpoteet2 жыл бұрын
@@DayTreaper I don't think that was it at all...he was doing that entire video, he did the same thing seconds before with his foot and there was no sound like that. Only that time was there that sound. To me it also clearly sounds like a pop instead of a foot hitting a leg.
@Darren_Tay2 жыл бұрын
@@keeganpoteet What are you even talking about. I replayed it multiple times, no knee popped. That's just his foot going over his other foot, but he did it with more force. It sounds like flesh hitting flesh and nothing like how knee pop sounds.
