Hey guys today I am here with someone I think many of you are very familiar with, my friend, Craig Jones. Craig is one of the best grapplers on the planet right now and he is one of the best selling instructors on bjj fanatics, it is a huge honor for me to have him here as always. Any teacher that discourages people from absorbing as much as possible ESPECIALLY outside of class is poor at teaching. This is applicable to learning/teaching any skill. They might be amazing at BJJ, but that doesn’t mean they are good at passing it on.
