What for❓The kneeling start encourages an athlete to set the shin angle low, while really using the levers quickly and effectively. 💯 Because the athlete is lower to the ground, there will be a provided feeling to use the arms more aggressively and quickly, in order to achieve forward movement, without falling flat on your face 🙃😂 ✅ think; chest/shoulders forward eyes down, punch the ground and move. ♻️
