Great review Dave, this is the first time I've seen this camera. If you have been using it in your videos, well I'd say it works very well, just might have to get me one, much better on the pocket than a gopro and I dont really film much any way, keep up the good work and thanks for posting. 👍👍

Great review, thanks! Did your version come with a audio/video cable output to connect to your tv? I see one on ebay for $55 that has that. But as you said there are newer versions.

The only cable I had was for downloading and charging. It's a USB cable. But maybe if your TV has a USB port it could be used for that? Thanks for watching, KPO.

Pretty cool, I didn't know those existed, saw the GoPros but I don't have one of those either. I might consider the Lidcam it seems like it could be pretty handy to use.

After watching this video a few times throughout the past few months I purchased a LidCam camera and haven't regretted it. I use it in combination with my gopro hero 8. I was wondering if you knew of a way to get rid of the yellow LidCam watermark on the recorded footage? I've been having fun making videos for my Bobbers N Bullets Facebook page, but would like to get rid of the watermark so that when I combine the footage between both cameras it all looks the same. Again, I truly enjoy your content and appreciate your time!

Brandon, I know I don't like that ADD they put on all the video either. Sometimes when it makes sense I try to crop it out. But no I don't know a way to get rid of it completely, sorry, KPO.

Do you know if you can lengthen the videos? Mine goes in 5 mins intervals which is frustrating when you catch a fish and fight it in 2 different videos.

I purchased the lidcam 2 years ago. It worked great for about 1 month, then it stopped coming on. I bought 3 new batteries thinking it was battery related, but that solved NOTHING but my need (no more) for batteries for a camera that doesn’t work! CONSIDER IT DISPOSABLE!

Does it support Bluetooth? I can't figure that out. And I've read the guide and everything. As far as I can tell it operates solely on Wi-Fi. Makes no sense. In the app there is a menu to pair Wi-Fi devices. And yet, I can't connect the camera. Also. I see in the older versions, you can choose between lower quality video. That would be great. I don't need everything to be in 1080p. That again, makes no sense. And how do I set the date and time??? Lol. I paid.. I think it was $40 for mine? It was in the discount section. Wal-Mart

I’ve been using one for a few weeks now but after filming for a while I went to look at the footage and it was broken up into 5 minute clips. Is there a way to fix this?

I read that they are broken up into 5 minute clips to make it easier to find the clip you're looking for rather than skimming through hours of footage.
