Awesome work!! Thank you for sharing! You might be able to establish the flutes in the upper bolster a little faster if you clamped the handles back to back (with the bolsters and scales facing each other) and drill down the center. It occurred to me when you showed them facing this way at 17:58 with the flutes against each other; it almost made a perfect circle.
