Yes, it's a spin off of the original UF PRO video.

You should do a version with hands down

This video seems to be an excuse to believe the myth that a firearm is 100% the superior weapon 100% of the time. Most of your counter video featured using cartographed unarmed martial arts against a knife which is not a smart idea. I like guns, don't get me wrong, but I'm a big blade and Archery guy too and in my experience there are situations where gunpowder can be out performed by other weapons. If this wasn't the case patrol officers wouldn't be carrying batons. I think that the original video was fair in directly comparing one weapon skill set vs the other without adding any fancy bare handed moves.

By any chance do you have a tutorial on the first technique, I found it slightly unclear.

The Moment you dive into the knife Attack, in your Video, at the first collision, your Training-partner could easily slice your left side of the throat/neck.So you lost in the very beginning.

Perhaps a deeper understanding of the method would change your mind. Feel free to come train with us so that we can test things out. -TF

Just one slicing motion. As far as I am concerned a guy with a knife will attack from many more angles. In that video there's not even one thrust which in fact is the most common type of attack anyone can face during knife attack. You say ppl should be one step ahead, so they should be in constant readiness like a maniac. If you put yourself in constant feeling of danger then you won't be able to respond properly during crisis. Your response time is way longer when being focus on spotting and expecting certain thing. It should be more like automatic response them conscious one.

@@integrativedefensestrategi8272 I've watched it long time ago. The video wasn't about how to defend urself but to show how little time you have when attacked. In reality if you get attacked by someone with a knife you'll get jumped without warning and in such instance you won't see the guy coming towards you with a knife in his hand. IDS may be usable during situation when you know the guy is having a knife on him and he may want to attack you, but on daily basis you don't expect everyone of wanting to kill you. Things shown in video are good, but no one will be able to pull off if they don't feel they're in danger. It's like with sucker punches, you'll be able to defend against it but only if you already expect that guy to do so, otherwise you'll just eat his fist.
