My Mrs best friend was in pantomime with him and apparently he was so cool. Hung out with the cast, bought the after show pizzas and and threw a party for the final night. Knight Rider was so iconic for us 70/80s kids

The turbo boost montage where they show some of the stunt cars just getting bent bashed and obliterated is brutal and heartbreaking. I bet the guy who ran the mold machine for the front bumper went home with some crazy overtime. Even though I absolutely love the cars you can see that the frame on the third gen F bodies wasn't exactly the most sturdy automotive architecture available.
