I have this exact model. Love it. Love the detail it has. Its the best KITT model I currently own and a have a tew different KITTs but this one is my favorite so far. I wanr to some day get the fanhome KITT. But for now, this one will definitely do.

Unfortunately, the fan home version is no longer available. In fact, just the other day I emailed them to ask them when KITT will be available in the US but they responded back informing me that it is discontinued and they don't know when it will be available again. I feel sorry for those who had just begun working on their KITT fan home model, only to have them incomplete, indefinitely. I suppose they could use those parts as spares for scratch building models. Anyway, if I were you, I'd stick with the Hot Wheels version, the Playmobil version, or the Kenner KITT Voice Car! That way, you know you paying for the model as one piece! 😎

I have that car model from hot wheels and mine was made for George Barris so everything works on mine because it was given to me by my friend George Barris and it is signed by all the cast and George Barris him self before he died in 2015

Ah man that’s a treasure, you need to hang on to that what a memorable piece, it’s a fantastic model and I’m sure you’ll enjoy yours for many more years. Thanks, yeah it’s a fantastic model great detail in it both inside and out. As it’s an old model and not made anymore, would be great tho to have the speaking version with working lights just to give it that fully finished look. But I love it tho

No unfortunately the inside on mine doesn’t light up. Would love that version myself. Especially as the hot wheels is so expensive would be nice if the lights dash and car spoke. But still love it it’s a fantastic model and very well detailed. To be honest the version you’re on about has much the same as the Playmobil version. Speech seems to be much the same although not the detail I’m sure tho it could be modified.

Hard to find, don’t make them anymore. Got mine through Ebay , just happened to be lucky when I came across it. And it was in auction so price can vary my friend.

No sadly it doesn’t but the Playmobil one does, and I think there’s a super elite version out there that does. But it’s very rare to find, I’m sure if you’re anyway gifted in wiring you could pick up the Playmobil version and put the electronics in the hot wheels version.. maybe even someone out there can customise it for you.

buy the fanhome car 60 cm long, only the price and the buildtime ( over 2 years ) is crazy

Tried too buy it but they won’t deliver to my country, emailed them 3/4 times to try get it, they just replied saying that they don’t deliver here. And I wouldn’t mind I’m only across the water if I had an address two hrs up the road across the border I’d be able to get it. It’s a pitty tho cause looks like a really great model that I would love to add to the collection

I've had it for 5 years, brand new, never unpacked ^^ as well as K.A.R.R the day I sell them, it's 1200 € minimum for the 2 ^^ today on Ebay it's minimum 550 € K.I.T.T and K.A.R.R it's is even worse.... because it's rarer and you have to count at least €700 ^^ wtf.... lol

I’d say keep them, they will only go up in value. But yeah it’s mad k.A.R.R is much more harder to find but I guess not as popular, Then again KITT was the real hero 😜

I picked it up on eBay at auction. Can range anywhere in price some are crazy as it’s a rare model but I got a good deal just chanced my luck at the time. As they say right time right place but I got mine for alittle under the €200 mark.can range anything from €300 up as far as €700 or more. Hope this helps you out.just have to keep an eye out pops up on eBay every now and again.

Yeah slight mark on it, don’t know weather the previous owner used a chemical to clean it, but honestly you’d hardly notice it close up.just seems to be that little spot on the hood, but apart from that for the models age it’s held up pretty well.
