I love using Ajax. He feels good to use unlike other descendants for me, because of how using abilities really doesn't slow him down. I like using bunny as well but using her abilities slow her down which feels not so great.

You can get more hp if you use weighing the scales, you get 85% shields, I am sat 53k hp and can get more with fine tuning stuff, you don’t need to stack defence with body enhancement, as it gives you enough to tank so you can mod other things into Ajax ❤

u can drop 20k hp to build into aoe to help support your team by being able to kill trash faster 50k hp is nice but overkill also having element resist on your gear will negate the need for as much hp allowing you to survive longer

This. For some goofy ass reason these CC's invest so much into health with Ajax. With 15k HP, and 100K DEF, you can't die, and you are able to use mods to make your skills more powerful. I also have 3k elemental resistance on all my components as well.

Yea, I have a much better time with my Matrix Recomp build. Being able to increase DEF for me and teammates, fully restore me and my teams shields while also giving bonus shield and shield regen. Tossing our walls n barriers like crazy. The “mega HP” Ajax build doesn’t bring much other than “I don’t die fast”.

I switched out multitalented for Arche Concretion which gives upwards to +30% defense at max stacks. Very easy to get to max stacks with a lot of cooldown.

Overwhelming HP convert 14,2% of your Max shield into HP and reduce your shield to 1. So geting shield = geting HP

Getting skill cost reduction on a reactor is literally pointless. 4-5% at best isn’t worth it when you could easily get an extra 20-24% range. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Look at Bun with max hp and defense mod, then look at ANY other descendant with those same mods and you'll see why it's always a Bun that's down. (Hint, pretty much everyone else is like +40% ore more.)

Seriously considering switching back to Ajax. I've sunk 3 crystallization catalysts (yes yes it's not a lot, but is when you can only play for a limited time) into Enzo and he just feels squishy and doesn't output a lot of dmg. I know the transcendent mods help, but they just don't seem to be dropping for me.

Enzo is a true support and his exclusive is actually insane for team damage. Enzo wasn't made to pump but man can he take a whole squad to the next level with his transcendent mod giving bonus crit rate and damage. Just spend some time cracking vaults to get his red and you'll be the real MVP in every void intercept you join

Modifier on ajax is pointless his skills have over 1000%. Elemental damage IGNORES DEFENCE. Using toxin resistance instead of that modifier+CD module would make that toxin damage do less

I use a mixed set up to the nuke build, mine doesn't hit as hard but i get 20k hp with 70k defense and the it pretty one shot anything that isn't a boss in 400% plus i have hp collector so I'm almost un-killable

Been saying this. Need to have a warning when deleting an item that the peice is part of a saved load out. Also, an icon on the item that shows that is part of saved build.

First, press U to favorite an item and prevent them from being junked. Second, in your Inventory screen at the bottom left is a button called Preset. Click on that and you can setup up to 6 builds. You have to ensure that the items remain in your inventory and not your storage however.

Skill duration isn't really useful on anything except stuns (not super massive as they start at just 3s) on Ajax. The barriers also cannot be extended which is sad.

If you use a catalyst on the sub module (shock punch) you get an extra 5 when its maxed out and you character is level 40

@@nutie7702 Maxing out any sub module (including shock punch and mid air grapple) gives a total of 10, if you then catalyze your sub module slot with a Malachite symbol, it will give an extra 5 for a total of 15. It's not a terrible idea if you have the time to grind for it since all of the sub modules are Malachite, but most maxed builds will fit in 80 capacity anyways

whats the point of clearing ads with dmg ajax can deal damage but thats not his role hes meant to be a tank but the lack of taunting is very stupid in this game for him. if you can do dmg without worrying about dying thats fine but if you want to dps theres other better characters that fill that role. this is just my opinion but if ur class has a role might as well fill it cause if you gonna play differently from its original role then why even play that char when u can literally play a char that literally represents that role. hybrids are fine but that means ur half assing something.

I noticed the mp recovery modifier only affect mp pick ups. or the amount in combat recovery is so minimal it doesnt matter.

Also, is life barrier even worth it? Because the def is Max def x 100% if you're getting 100k def... thats 100k to the shields but with 30k hp x 1.6 (160%) thats only 48k defense. The shield might have more HP (48k vs 25k) than default but it has less defense.

@Brometheus420 I mean that doesn't make much a different as you don't typically build skill power on Ajax. Ex: Nightmare used the same set of mods together just changed the transcendent mod. The numbers on the mod don't add up to be beneficial removing the Def stat from the barrier abilities in his kit unless life barrier provides a static defense amount which isn't stated in the mod therefore overall weakening the barriers. If I am misunderstanding the pt of the mod, let me know
