The knights rifles Sure are cool but, I will never get one due to the proprietary parts such as the BCG that are gonna be impossible to replace when the ballon goes up, thanks for the great video you’ve become one on the best KZbin channels IMO.

Got all of my knights at msrp luckily found your exact rifle but as an 11.5” CQB mod 2 and my lady that does class 3 got 2 knights cans the new 5.56 QDC CRS PRT and she said D you’re my first call before I log these in to stock do you want one I said absolutely I almost bought them both and use the other on my 14.5” upper but thought that would be selfish so I just bought the 1 and made someone else’s day. You are right about knights owners though, I’m glad you brought that up we do look after our own.

Not to get into your business but how much does one of those suppressors cost? I really want a KAC one day but only if I can get the complete system. i've heard the KAC guns run great with a Surefire RC2 BUT I've heard they're really next level with one of the KAC cans on.
@derekddurbin Жыл бұрын
@@armorers_wrench retail is what their asking for these RC3, $1700 is what I paid my FFL for one. People will sell them online for 3-4K though which is BANANAS but when Surefire announced that price my mouth dropped. They’re ridiculous there isn’t a damn thing in the RC3 worth the 1k they normally ask for an RC2 plus an additional $700 especially if you have a rifle with an adjustable gas block. I’d either save up and grab a knights can for that kind of money or an RC2 but don’t forget to adjust your gas block. Hope that helps, I’m here for any questions.

My experience with KAC is limited to one of their 11.5” CQB uppers, but I really wasn’t all that impressed, tbh. I much prefer my Mega Arms, Hodge, Radian, and Triarc blasters to the 11.5” KAC I had.
@trigonarmammentinc Жыл бұрын
In my experience with KAC, the 14.5 is the best.
@boygonewhoopdataZZ Жыл бұрын
A 16" KAC will crap on everyone else because of the Gas Length but you're not paying just for the feel of the gun. You're paying for the reliability of it. It's the only DI AR15 that will hang with a Piston AR.

Anyone heard of Roottop Defense? They have several in stock currently. The 11.5 and the 14.5 uppers.

That is not normally the situation, the firearm industry has been at best a dull roar for a while which would lead to increases in availability.

Excellent review. People say a Go to War or SHTF etc.. She doesn't eat steel cased ammunition. In a crucial or dangerous moment a rifle cannot afford to be picky. PEACE

Nah, just get an FN-15 and match condition it for Service Rifle Competition. Then, enter matches enjoined by the USAMU Service Rifle Section. After the dust settles and the smoke clears from such matches you can compare your score to those of the Military shooters. It will inspire marksmanship development, which is the most practical and interesting use you will ever have with your AR. The bottom-line here is the FN is boss. I know this as a Military Rifle Instructor assisting the USAMU deliver SDM, and TTT Training. With just a little training a shooter can get inside 2 MOA at 600 meters from prone mag or grip-pod supported position with ACOG and Mk262, M4 or M16A4.

Never in stock anywhere and you’re paying for diminishing returns of quality that high up. Not worth it in my opinion unless you want to flex. Happy with my DD4 RIII
@trigonarmammentinc Жыл бұрын
In my experience, the gas system alone is worth the up charge. Once you consider the bolt enhancements, and the quality of the barrel it's hard to argue that its not worth it. DD makes some fantastic rifles, however they lack the upgrades of the KAC. Thanks for watching!

Unfortunately there's more bad things to say about Knight's Armament than there are good things. They're not a vocal proponent of the 2A, they don't make guns affordable to 1st time gun buyers, they don't give civilian sales the same respect as contract sales, they are unwilling to scale up to increase supply, they have horrible customer service, their guns are drastically overpriced due to the Eugene Stoner affiliation tax, their guns are no longer leaps and bounds above the completion, their innovation is drastically limited compared to the current market, and their fanboys are insufferable. I could keep going and elaborate on each one, but that would take all day.
