They are everywhere! I wandered around and went to like a few cannibal camps and abandoned campsites and found like five or ten of them. They are everywhere!

If saving it's position after exiting the game works like it does with a glider, it's going to despawn after you go a bit further away from the place where you've put it. I couldn't find anyone else complaining about this, but here's what's happening to me: I've built a huge base with a platform on top of the mountain, and brought 6 gliders up there. I've spent around 2 weeks real time up on the mountain, building, and the gliders stayed there. The moment I went down to make some tech armor, and came back up, they were no longer there. My idea and the plan that I was so proud of proved pointless since I can't have gliders up there... All that work!

With some messing around and takin jumps off rocks and a bunch of wipeouts, a buddy and i travelled around the island in an hour and a half with the Knight V while carrying our glider with us. You can not glide while using both but we did feel as though it helped us fall slower. Couldve been imagining it but whatever, we had fun lol

Don’t get me wrong I love all the transportation they are adding but this one is just unpractical to me I got it played around with it but when it’s off-road it’s useless because you fall 100 times over, still fun to play with though

. . . . I wanted a boat so badly. . . . I honestly don't think getting shorter distances was that bad at all. If you need to cross the island, the glider is kinda pure awesome sauce. (Love the gliders!!!!) It is such a tech-heavy game.

I wish Endnight would allow the player to move when you pull your backpack out in front of you. It would make sense to be able to move while looking at the items equipped to the outside of the backpack.

Yes! I fully agree with the back slot idea, and making sure they aren't equippable in caves. I think that would make a ton of sense! Especially for the glider, since it's very clunky and you drop it all the time. Loving the videos man! Keep it up, and enjoy some family time! 👍

For the glider, keep looking as high up as you can, and you won't drop it. I've brought 6 of them on the very peak of the mountain that way. Was very annoying until I figured it out. It depends on how steep the ground is before you. Just don't look all the way down.

Seeing these vehicules in a game is unreal . I am an euc (electric unicycle) rider irl and these are so much FUN to drive with . Its not very known in general since its such a new technology so its fairly underground , but once you learn to ride one , you cannot go back . Its so much fun . Seeing one for the first time in a game is awesome ! Hope it introduces more people to this technology :)

I'm an EUC rider myself (currently inmotion v13) and seeing it added to a game is amazing! Makes me want sons of the forest that much more! Looks like this was roughly based off an s18, which is such a fun wheel and a great innovation on the hobby/sport

With the "back slot" if you have the glider or roller on your person your movement should be dropped atleast 30%

Yeah it def would need some kind of balance. Having the hang glider at all times would take need for travel out of the game. Its limitations currently are the only thing balancing it.

You can actually use the KnightV on a zipline. You just have to get on it, use the zipline and at the end it will still stay magically attached to your feet. However i presume that this is not intended.

I ride an electric unicycle IRL, so sick to see it added into the game. This was a big surprise for me, and I can't WAIT to build some ramps and stuff to mess around with! Also I can only imagine how many people are learning about EUC's through this. Huge representation. They're like super powers IRL, hope more ppl get into them!

I definitely agree with the back slot. This seems good if you are for certain going to travel long distances, starting from wherever you left your glider/knight V last. But otherrwise I can't see myself using either very often just due to the inconvenience.

I feel like a drivable golf cart that can carry items as like a mobile caravan to live out of + multiple seats for multilayer or the NPC's would make sense and be cool asf. To get it you would have to repair it by gathering a number of parts. Not sure how it would run unless they wanted to add back fuel cans, maybe a charging station where you plug it in?

Found 2 knights already, I think this one here would mark a possible third. Fun on the beach, fun on forest paths, but nothing for the rougher terrain. You'll make close contact with the ground at every boulder, rock or sudden terrain elevation you take too fast, including the sand steps on the beach. You can take some of these slowly and climb them, but for me, the KnightV is more of a gimmick than an actual enrichment to the equipment.

You can carry it on ziplines. I was able to carry it just fine and the best part is that it breaks fall damage. So you can be on a zipline leading to a large drop and fall from it and be just fine. Place a zipline that is high up look up while riding it. It wont show it on your feet but once you land it will be there. At least this is how it worked in my testing. Thanks for the great video!

They might be but I assume they added this because adding a real vehicle would be a nightmare in terms of collision whereas this vehicle is similar to the player's hitbox

went into a cave and it despawned. Found mine in a random canni camp. I seriously hope there is a way dock it so it doesnt despawn, in the next update. travel just sucked without it. had a marker on m!p for it but it moved far away when i went there.

There’s a light bulb glitch… if you get a light bulb, go to your inventory and equip it. While holding it, load up inventory again… you’ll notice a second.. then equip the second and do the same thing.. you’ll get a third. Equip the third and you’ll get a 4th and so on… can only hold 5, so make sure to glitch again once you’ve placed 4.
