Totally love your videos and commentary as always but I am also eyeing your pants you were wearing at minute 4:38 while were kitting and sharing about spit splicing

That is a perfect holiday sweater! I cringed when you ripped out the Savan. Good for you to recover the yarn though. I totally agree with you on the spit splice. That is one awesome thing about good wool yarn hardly any ends to weave in!!🧶

@LATHEANDLOOMPODCAST oh yes, spit splicing is the best. Thanks for watching ❤️

Would like to see how you styled it for the party! I've frogged a sweater and went through similar steps to reuse the yarn. Did the frogged sweater fit poorly? Mine was too big. I reknit it and it fits better now.
@balancedskein3 күн бұрын
@@GATeacherfriend yes the fit on the original Sweater was poor, and I never wore it. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for documenting your Eun sweater! Would you please share what bind off for the 2x2 ribbing that you used? I am at that point with my Eun and I did a tubular bind off and it is wavy... So not sure if I need to downsize the needles, tighten the tension, or just chose a different bind off.
@balancedskein12 сағат бұрын
@@sandramagar1565 hi! i did a standard bind off in pattern, but I did a yarn over before binding off every second stitch to add some stretch

What are you using to block your sweater? It’s beautiful btw.
@balancedskein5 күн бұрын
Thanks! I'm using blocking pins, blocking wires, and blocking mats.
