Hi Megan! I really enjoy your podcasts, especially all of your projects. I love seeing Egypt and your videos of the region are phenomenal. Your Green and speckled shawl will be beautiful, I think the speckled yarn looks lovely. I agree with you on the socks, I’m in Louisiana and we have Sandal weather basically year round. I’m looking forward to your next video, Au revoir, mon ami!😊

I got that feeling when I was in Portugal last summer, we thought it might be the difference in air pressure, but we weren’t sure. Love your shirt and fingerless gloves, very beautiful!! I love Metallica, Def Leppard, Skid Row, Guns’n’Roses etc. The red looks gorgeous!! Also love your citrus shirt! That crochet shawl is awesome! Happy knitting from Canada 🇨🇦 ❤️Marie

I’ve always loved your podcast from day oneI I’m really glad you have been podcasting on a regular basis again and like hearing about all your adventures in addition to your beautiful knitting. I’m a Midwesterner as well spending the past 32 years near Chicago but originally from Cincinnati. I’m a little jealous you get to move back to San Diego. I was fortunate to visit Coronado and San Diego once and it is a beautiful area.

I like the gloves reminds me of bamboo stitch pattern.... If you like that pattern I suggest looking at Dragon 's Hope by pink hair girl design. I printed it out and when I started knitting it I realized the Dragon scale st was basically the bamboo st I learned years ago and saw it made a cool comeback in different patterns free and paid. Your right mosaic is fun to do. As for your motion sickness try fresh ginger tea with honey. There are times that feel nauseous and it to gives me a headache too and feeling both while feeling icky is not great. If I have ginger I would slice it up and boil it for bit turn off heat, let it steep and when still warm or reheat and pour into cup with some honey and it helps, give it a try and see if it helps you.😊

Burn test. If you aren't sure - always do a burn test on materials. That will tell you if it's natural or man made fiber.

Ps. I almost forgot to mention this but I too am an flicker and the only thing I have ever really crocheted it a few stuffies and scribnies and when I crochet I too have a hard time holding yarn in left so I combine flicking and crochet. Like it sounds I hold crochet hook and yarn in right hand like I would knit and flick the yarn as I crochet. I do try to practice with holding yarn in left hand but it is just too loose and bothers my left hand to much. Your tension my be different if you try this but I say give it a go and see what you think. 😊

Please tell your doctors to check your ears. There is a fluid in our inner ears which arranges our balance. Sometimes it disappears or leaks; ın that case we have motion sick. I had it and no diagnosis for so long. It got worst and worst. In the end one doctor checked and found the reason. A balance disorder is a condition that makes you feel unsteady or dizzy. If you are standing, sitting, or lying down, you might feel as if you are moving, spinning, or floating. If you are walking, you might suddenly feel as if you are tipping over. He said: The part of the ear that assists in balance is known as the vestibular system, or the labyrinth, a maze-like structure in your inner ear made of bone and soft tissue. The semicircular canals contain three fluid-filled ducts, which form loops arranged roughly at right angles to one another. They tell your brain when your head rotates. Inside each canal is a gelatin-like structure called the cupula. When you turn your head, fluid inside the semicircular canals moves, causing the cupulae to flex or billow like sails in the wind, which in turn bends the stereocilia. This bending creates a nerve signal that is sent to your brain to tell it which way your head has turned. A leakage of inner ear fluid into the middle ear. It causes unsteadiness that usually increases with activity, along with dizziness and nausea. The cure was very simple. ıt turns back in couple of months. They said long long cellphone talks affects that liquid. There is medicine called Betaserc. I never had it again. You may have something similar. Doctors know that better. I don't know if your doctors checked your ears.... It is just a succestion, to check your inner ears.

Haha this post is so on point. I went to a doctor and was diagnosed with Labrynthitis, an infection of the labrynth that causes my symptoms. I'm on some drugs now that are making me feel much better, including Betaserc, thankfully, and I'm no longer feeling motion sick (he has me on 2 anti-motion sickness meds). Thank you very much for your concern and this reply, it's so nice to know that people are looking out for me. Take care and keep knitting! Megan
