Oh Hayley, my heart broke for you when you had to rip out that beautiful project. I hope the new cast on is going well! Yes, you definitely need to try an advent, you will love it! Ash and Eve Designs still have some in stock and is one I would love if I hadn’t already ordered a different one. Hi Hayley, I know you said your mistake on your cable doesn't bother you but if you did want to fix it you don't have to unravel your whole cardigan to get back to the mistake. There are numerous videos showing you how to unravel down the cable section. The one I refer to most is by Roxanne Richardson(fixing miscrossed cables by laddering down). Also, if you are interested there is a sockmal being run by the Mindful Melbourne Maker knitting podcast(another great Aussie podcaster). Cheers I hope this was helpful and happy knitting.😊

Did you purchase the new quantity in the same dye lot? Probably a good thing they didn't have it if you couldn't have got the same dye lot. The quality of yarn at Spotty changed when bendigo woolen mills bought out australian country spinners. If you haven't got one grab a sample card from BWM as it's great quality and value.
