Hi Karina, i love your thumbnail! Beautiful colours 😍 I like mending, too. I like making it super bright and visible. Sometimes i use patches, sometimes embroidery and I also gone one of those little darning tools were you weave over the hole. All good fun 😍

I used to “plow” my way enthusiastically through Weis/Hickman fantasy novels when I was younger…! If you enjoy them, you might also want to check out Terry Brooks’ “Shannara” series, Anne McAffrey’s “Dragon” books, and David Eddings’ “Belgariad” and the “Mallorean” series (about 12 books total in these two series, which are related to each other). He also wrote a different series called “The Elenium” series and “The Tamuli” series (6 books in this series). Take care!

I love a physical book rather than an e-book but find it difficult to read and knit at the same time, so I tend to listen to books on Audible. Like you I can get thoroughly engrossed in a book to the point where the outside world recedes! I haven’t come across the series you mention but can well understand your frustration at only being able to find part of it.
