Would you please be able to explain a little of what effect you get from Steeking. I've heard of it but not sure how this fabric will work for the next step. Thank you. I will have to do more reading. Excellent video, haha, looks easy enough. This looks like it would be fun.

Excellent video, thank you! Do you think this same method could be used to make a button hole in knitted fabric? Say, the example you have there, knitting in the round, then instead of steek the entire length...you steek a hole in the middle (leaving rows above and below knitted)? TIA for your reply.
