Don't let the mellow fool ya. What a a humble tight-hot group. Notice the Delta Blues polyrhythm Jimmy adds at 4:15. Ya gotta listen close or the subtlety will ease right on past ya. Check the vintage drum kit? And that DeArmond Gold Foil at the neck of the '60s ...1960s! ...what? Silvertone?...sold at Sears. These guys could blow the roof off playin some Hendrix material. Doug Pratt, Atlanta, Georgia, USA
@wolfgangfricke85555 жыл бұрын
e douglas pratt they do play hendrix stuff... at least jimmy james quotes hendrix quite a bit when playing life. even uses tongue and teeth then. :)) saw them at the jazz open in stuttgart which was big fun.

Piedmont. Can you tell me if he's doing the bass line with his left hand or with the foot pedals? It's seems for me that he's using his left hand, but then, why is he using the pedals too?
@delvon6 жыл бұрын
RustuPai I use my feet and my left hand. Most of the time I use the pedals to double what my left hand is doing. It makes the bass bigger and fatter.
