Nah, that's an inside joke for the band. James Brown used to fine his band $5 every time they messed something up (according to him). Missed a cue, shoes not shined, whatever. He'd flash a "5" for every $5 they were going to lose that night. Delvon was ribbing Jimmy for missing something, but I still can't figure out what he messed up.
