No, back in the day when I did the SL1 NG+6 caestus run, the fight with manus took 14 minutes in RTSR mode. So that's a lot of time to avoid his attacks.

@@PressContinue i thought i remembered using this in a challenge run but i've just tested it and yeah i was wrong, sanctus only gives 1hp/s of regen since it heals in 2 second pulses which means you have to get under 200hp to get power within to do 1dps. i must've been killing the bosses and healing so quickly that i didn't notice lol

You probably know this, but hey comment for engagement... anyway the Firekeeper's set is like the best 'light' armor set in the game (when upgraded) so this is probably a very solid build if done the normal way with stats and upgrades. Poise is for people who don't like pain anyway, we don't need it.
